The 25th Pan Indo Hash 2009 Events

Hashers Readmission:
Readmission will be held at hashers' hotels, which are sponsoring Pan Indo Hash 2009.
Included hotels are: Java Paragon, Equator, Satelit, Somerset, Mercure, Santika, Cendana, Tunjungan, Empire, Inna Simpang, Garden, Garden Palace, and Sahid Hotel.
For hashers, who stay at non-sponsoring hotels, they may contact:

PAN INDO HASH 2009 EVENTS ON 7TH AUGUST 2009:

Committee Busses will pick up and drive hashers from their hotels to Bumimoro Hash Bazaar & Welcome Party at Graha Samudra Bumimoro, Perak, Surabaya.

Suramadu Picnic, visiting Pantai Ria Kenjeran, Surabaya through Suramadu bridge, and getting off at Vihara Sanggar Agung, known as having the biggest Kwan Im Devi statue and Four Faces Buddha statue in the world. Warming up run will be held and will cover about 3km long. Returning to Bumimoro will approximately be about 16.30.

Dinner and Welcome Party in Bumimoro, covering:
- From hashers to hashers, at Graha Samudra Bumimoro building, Perak, Surabaya
- Donation from hash clubs (Must have registered, as there are heaps of donators. Please contact Mr. Yung Sen on 081-132-6313 to register)
- Continuing is Disco Time with pretty DJ girls.

PAN INDO HASH 2009 EVENTS ON 9TH AUGUST 2009:
JUNGLE RUN: (Registration FULL)
All hashers must have registered, limited for only 100 hashers.
Hashers will depart from Surabaya at 05.00 in the morning, and run to Mount Welirang (The run is about 6 hours).
Estimated finish time is about 14.00. After that, hashers return to Surabaya and the estimated arrival time is 17.00.
ORANGE DRESS CITY RUN: (FAREWELL PARTY)
Hashers will be wearing Orange Costume (There is one orange costume from PIH 2009 souvenir, which can be worn during the run).
Hashers may add some accessories for a chance of being elected as the most unique hashers in this event.

Hashers will start the run from Equator Hotel, and finish at Super Mall PTC citywalk about 10.00. Continuing is Farewell Party Lunch. |

As the registered hashers participating in Jungle Run have reached 100 runners, Jungle Run registration has now been closed.

- Our registration will be closed soon on 1 July 2009. For any hashers who have not joined yet, hurry up to download the registration form from Register link on your left hand side menu.
- For everybody who has registered for the run but has not sent your details (Name, Shirt Size, Sandal Size, etc.), you are advised to quickly submit your details before 15 June 2009. We will have to order your shirts and footwears to make sure that they are exactly the same as requested.
- Any Hash Clubs that have not been sending their Club Logos, please send your CDs or images immediately to Xenia's email or Yen Yen at:

Online registration has also been closed now. Anybody who needs to register must download & print the Single Registration or Group Registration form from the Register menu and follow the step by step in there.
Hash Logo and Details Submission

Every registered Hash club needs to submit their logo and details (such as: address, city, email, etc.). This information will be shown in the Pan Indo Hash 2009 hash directory book.
Logo in vector graphics format is preferable.

Orange T-shirt will be provided as one of the souvenirs. You may wear this T-shirt with other accessories of the same colour for the Orange Dress city run event.
